Who Does What
The Booster Board
Every role below is a volunteer parent. If a seat shows OPEN, it needs someone — you'd be helping power the moments these kids remember for the rest of their lives.
Board Officers
President Filled
- Runs monthly booster meetings and sets the agenda
- Main liaison between parents and the band director
- Handles sponsorships and check pickups
Vice President Filled
- Steps in when the president can’t be there
- Coordinates volunteer chairs and event logistics
- Handles sponsorships and check pickups
Secretary Filled
- Takes notes at meetings and posts them for all parents
- Handles official correspondence and records
Treasurer Filled
- Manages the booster bank account, deposits, and reimbursements
- Gives a short financial report at each meeting
- Tracks fundraiser income and sponsorship payments
Chair Roles
Fundraising Chair Filled
- Hosts the fundraising committee
- Plans and runs fundraisers (spirit nights, sales, events)
- Reaches out to local businesses about sponsorships
- Works with the treasurer to track what each fundraiser earns
Pit Crew / Props Chair Filled
- Builds and maintains props for the halftime show
- Coordinates the equipment trailer and loading
- Organizes the parent & student crew that moves instruments and props on and off the field
Social Media Filled
- Manages the band’s Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
- Posts photos and videos of games, contests, and events for families who can’t be there
- Works with the photos crew to share highlights throughout the season
Communications Officer Filled
- Keeps this website current
- Coordinates volunteer sign-ups through SignUpGenius
- Gathers feedback for continuous improvement
- Coordinates any gaps in comms so we are all marching together.
